Subject of this sale is a share of ½ of agricultural land of 8,577 square meters land, in Viale Camaldoli in the municipality of Carceri (PD) (near the Abbey of Santa Maria delle Carceri). Question of land, consists of two distinct adjacent land parcels, with flat topography and irregular shape at present cultivated by third parties via free loan report.
According to the PRG adopted by the municipality of Prisons land fall into zone F "areas for park equipment, play and sports, but they are currently used as farmland. The land should be used for the urban order in which they are included even if current events, according to declaration by the head of the Municipal Technical, there are no works of urbanization of any kind.
The land is not fenced or physically bounded by borders or boundaries from which you can define the actual texture. Any inconsistencies inherent in the current positioning of the land boundaries, might have to be rectified by the contractor through a verification to be carried out during discussions with the neighboring owners.
